I have been buying there carpenter trousers for years. They have gone from a tough cotton to a thin slightly itchy and shinny inferior material. A big rip off and the last pair I'll buy. Really cheap and nasty
The Question Is if I didn't contact Dickies how long would it have been before they contacted me?
My original order was placed on the 19th of JUNE still no exchange sent.
took over a week for my original order to arrive, t-shirts far too small (got loads of dickies tshirts at xxl and they are baggy, but the ones I ordered look like they are sprayed on maybe size Large in comparison to my XXL t-shirt I have) so sent back and arrived at dickies on the 3rd July, found this info out by checking the tracking code.
10 days later with no response from dickies, not even a conformation email telling me they have arrived, thought I better email them (13th July).
They informed me my stuff I wanted was now out of stock, I check the website which was still displaying my stuff as in stock so I emailed them back to say this and the Customer service realise it was an error (checking the wrong size) and they do have my size in stock and the last thing I receive in a email is; "I have now keyed your exchange order to be dispatched from the warehouse ASAP via a Royal Mail delivery service. You will receive tracking information as soon as this is dispatched." - 14th July.
Now the 16th July (4 weeks after my original order) and still no dispatched/tracking number email sent.
This as defiantly damaged the Dickes band to me, all my workwear is dickies and most of my casual wear is dickies but can't support a company who are this bad.
Sort of wish I never used there website now so I wouldn't see this side of Dickies.
I want to blame this outcome on covid, but just looking at the 3 trustpilot all for the same company, this seems to have been going on for years.
this is defiantly BAD MANAGEMENT at lease in the UK side of Dickies.
Dickies need to learn a thing or two from themselves;

giving out sound advise but not following through on it themselves. (im not a difficult customer I've waited 4 weeks to post this review)
I'm left wondering If my t-shirts will ever turn up.

So I waited another week, no dispatch, so I send another email and I received this yesterday.
"Good morning,
Thankyou for your email.
I can see that this is due to be dispatched from the warehouse today. You will receive tracking information once this has been processed."
.....so no tracking info.

Ordered 5 work shirts for a new job. Placed order on Sunday and everything went through fine, money was taking out of account and order was to be pulled. Come Friday, received an email saying your order is not being pulled because we are out of stick and it will take 7 - 10 business days to get a refund. Less then 5 seconds to take my money but 2 weeks for a refund. Will stick with Carhartt from now on.
My workwear supplier stopped selling Dickies. After a bit of research i found out they were bought out by the VF corp in 2018 ish who also own Vans, The North Face and Timberland, also once great products for certain market sectors and like Dickies, are now low quality fashion brands.
Really pleased with Dickies customer support. I purchased a pair of work boots which had developed a fault. Emailed Dickies and received a call back the next day to advise they would send a replacement pair out asap. Really happy.

I’ve been a long time customer . I recently had some issues with a few dickies black short sleeve pocket tees. I reached out to dickies a couple times by emailing their support. They never responded . I explained the issue, told them how I’ve used their products for many years, and nothing ! Time to switch brand, they don’t stand behind their product or customers. ????????
Bad customer service, I called 3 times to get update on my order. They could not give me a definite answer as to when I can expect items. After 2 weeks of run around, I cancelled order.
Dickie’s customers service is HORRIBLE! They falsely advertise on their website that all orders would be delivered by December 24, 2020. Their website said they would be using FedEx overnight delivery on all orders. I placed my order online 12/17/20 and found out today12/23 that my package won’t be delivered until after 12/27/20. When I tried calling Dickie’s customer service they were absolutely no help and could care less that not only did their website lie and falsely advertise something they could not do, but then acted as if I should be thankful that I’m getting a order delivered at all. I will never be ordering from Dickie’s website again and in my opinion their terrible service is only hurting their business especially in this tough economy.
Do not believe the fast shipping they promise! It took 4 business days to ship my order. And the customer service person "Valerie " was the rudest person ever! I still don't have my order. Disgusting customer service!
I attempted to order during their Thanksgiving week sale. Each time I tried to place my order it would say that their website was no longer available. Come to find out each time I tried it was holding money from my account in case I finished my order. Thus charging me 5 times. I called on Friday and the customer service rep told me it would only hold my money for 24 hours. On Saturday I called again and they told me up to 48 hours. Monday I called again and they said 3-5 BUSINESS days (very rude, she told me I could do what ever I wanted, but would have to wait for their system to unfreeze my money). So still no order, but they have frozen my money for one whole week. Thanks for nothing and the inability to spend my $400 dollars. WILL NEVER USE THIS WEBSITE AGAIN!
I ordered from this company, in April after waiting over 3 months they issued me a refund but didn't refund my shipping costs after not even sending me my product, than I thought you know maybe they were going through a tough time due to everything that has been going on attempting to give them the benefit of the doubt so I ordered again 2 months ago and guess what still no product after I paid for express shipping, they haven't responded to any of my emails...its frustrating, dickies is this really how you run your business? Save your money or order from somewhere else that actually cares about customer service.
Trash I ordered one pair of pants and was charged 3x for the same pair I talked to customer support twice about the incident and they swear they didnt charge and refused to help me they said I was charged once but I reviewed my purchases on my card and the pants were there all three times and they didnt even fit. I was only able to return one but not the others.... Dickies put me out $68 for no reason.
